Generally great staff, sadly let down my the management...... often understaffed, bombed out with Uber orders which take precedence over physical customers, so if there's insufficient bodies on duty, people have to wait. The Post Office staff have not received comprehensive training ( apart from one lady who has previous proper" PO experience ). I feel sorry for whoever works in this shop ( they've lost some great staff over time ) because they are under so much pressure and become the butt of rolling eyes and tutting

This shop is an absolute joke. They're meant to have a post office which is NEVER open. Half the staff aren't even trained on the post office. The shop closes and opens whenever it wants to and you can't even ring up to check if it's open because the phone number doesn't work.Once upon a time this shop was great when you had a strong staff force, it's such a shame all the experienced staff left.Absolute joke.

The Post Office in store is atrocious as it's hardly ever open! This has been going on for over a year. Most of the staff in the shop are friendly and get shouted at because of the Post Office. 9 times out of 10 there is either a problem with the Post Office or it's shut. Many people are angry about this and then there are elderly people who have walked to it only to find it's closed. This cannot be allowed to go on.

This is my local store, and it's handy to have the Post Office instore as well.Most staff are good, but if you're very lucky you'll be served by Elaine. She's very friendly and helpful, and will go the extra mile for all customers.Many thanks

I usually go to this place before and after work occasionally. Well today is the last time. Not only are their items over priced but their service is rubbish. In the morning we waited for at least 5 minutes before they got another person on the counter to serve people. In the afternoon before I started work the lady on the counter dealing with the post service had no idea what to do and phoned her colleague to find out. Meanwhile a huge queue was building up and I didn't have time to wait in it. I waited 5+ minutes and there was no apology or sign of anyone coming to serve us. At this point I dropped all my items and just left. It's usually bad service but this was an absolute horror show. No doubt they under staff on purpose to save money for their business.
