Following an awful experience with another management agency NRM took over management of our block of flats in Norwich. Ten years on and we are still very satisfied with everything NRM does - and the personal and speedy attention to emails/queries is impressive. Keep it up Guy and thanks.

There was an issue with my parking space and Guy from NRM contacted me to resolve the problem. We exchanged various emails providing each other with all the necessary information. During the whole process, he was professional, polite, understanding and efficient.

Professional service, staff friendly and efficient. They deal with any issues in a timely manner.

NRM have provided an extremely professional and reliable service to our development. Our grounds are extremely well-maintained and they provide a very quick response to maintenance issues. I've been very impressed by the overall governance structure and how they work with the development directors to provide accurate and timely financial statements, estimates of works and administrative support to the freehold. Always very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

We owned a flat managed by NRM for seven years and throughout that time the service received was top quality. The site was maintained to a high standard and any concerns were dealt with very quickly.

Over the past ten years, NRM have been the Managing Agents for our block of 32 flats, built in the 1930’s.When they took on this responsibility they inherited various historical problems caused by neglect and mismanagement by former “professionals”.In a short time they had resolved these problems, established a regime of regular inspections and set up a planned maintenance schedule which they adhere to and fully supervise.They ensure rental income is collected when due, coordinate with tenants and advise on all new legislation and relevant matters.In my opinion they are exceptional agents and a pleasure to work with.A.Johnson (Director Earlham Court Ltd.)

We have been very impressed with NRM since they took over the management of our apartment block . They are readily available to contact by phone and email and deal with any issues or queries promptly. We would especially like to mention Edward Labrum who fields our occasional concerns with courtesy and patience.We are grateful for the peace of mind which we are afforded since NRM are responsible for our management.

If I could give 1 star I would, the management fees are daylight robbery, almost £300 a year for roughly 5 meters of path to be looked after and a couple of bushes to be trimmed.Additionally, I was told that maintenance of my car parking space (it’s covered in moss) was scheduled, kept being told it was delayed, it’s now been months, to then be told actually it’s not part of their remit, and that is now my problem, so seems they don’t even understand what is their problem and what isn’t. I didn’t even get an apology for their confusion and messing me about on it for months!
