Welcome to Malvern Hills Pilates - Booking by Bookwhen | 'Change happens through movement and movement heals.' Pilates is a fantastic way to look after both your body and mind. I support people to develop strength, flexibility, body awareness and balance to improve fitness and wellbeing. Pilates can help with general aches and pains by increasing range of motion in your joints and stretching tight muscles. Focussing on the core (the 'powerhouse') and spinal mobility you can improve your posture and help alleviate imbalances in the body that can lead to injury or pain. You will feel fitter and stronger - look good and feel good. Pilates is low impact therefore looks after your joints and helps to keep your bones strong through strength building exercises. We use mat-based Pilates exercises and small equipment such as blocks, balls and bands to aid precision and challenge. Pilates is suitable for most people and can be adapted to suit an individual's needs. ‘In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a new body.’ Joseph Pilates

Malvern Hills Pilates
Kirsty’s sessions are both relaxing and empowering. Kirsty is so knowledgable and is able to tweak exercises to suit people’s niggles but also encourage those who wish to push further.I have attended both a Monday evening and a Thursday morning and each session has felt like valuable “me time”Book in with Kirsty, you won’t regret it.

Malvern Hills Pilates
I joined a beginner's class with Kirsty wanting to build my core strength after having a baby via C section a couple of years previously. Kirsty was warm & welcoming from the start. After continuing to a mixed ability group I could really feel the difference in my strength & flexibility. Kirsty makes her classes suitable for anyone explaining variations on the movements to suit your own ability & how hard you want to work. We even have a few laughs a long the way!!
