Terrible service. Was told to come back on two seperate occasions as an in-store ordered part had not arrived, only to finally be told on a third visit a week later that nothing was ordered at all. Staff seem to lack a basic understanding of parts and unable to communicate with each other. And even when the only customer in store you'll still be kept waiting.

Worse branch!! I just ordered a USB port and expected to receive it in 5min. Been waiting for 45min with my 1yrs old daughter. It's not good at all. The staff kept asked me what's part I ordered twice. Lastly, the manager found it behind till. The manager apologies but it's not enough. Now I'm not satisfied with this product and want to refund it I still don't want to go back to this branch again. I will find another branch

They have a rubbish system where they insist on using your reg number to find oils, so won't provide options for different viscosity when requested. I would have had more luck ordering online and just picking up, but their inability to simply provide a 10-40 when asked because it doesn't match the reg number lost my business - I'll go somewhere else where the staff understand auto parts thankyou.
