I don't recommend Vantage-Accident Management Camden. Full address10 Crowndale Road , King's Cross, Camden, NW1 1TTI deal with Mr Yusuf and Mr John. I was recommend vantage accident management group to my neighbor 20 June 2022. It was noon fault accident. Her car was parked front of the house, and some one hit the car. Left massage and she accepted her fault. She also informed to her insurance company. We also provide them CCTV footage.Still Vantage accident management team the making long time. Now 18th October 2022 we are waiting for claim money.Yusuf he is very rough person. He doesn't know how to speak with customer. He also laier, he didn't show the paper work, how much money received from other insurance company. If you speak with him politely he will take advantage. Vantage management group customer service very very poor.I don't recommend Vantage-Accident Management Camden to anyone.Thanks

I would strongly recommend that you avoid this company. This is the most unprofessional service i have had. They kept my car for 3 months, the repairs were very poor quality and the worst of all the car has sustained further damages while in storage with them. On the top of everything my bluetooth devise disappeared from my car.
