Absolutely abysmal. I viewed a property advertised by this agency, and then expressed a desire to rent the place via email and called the4 agency later to just confirm that they got my email several days later, as I hadn't received any confirmation that they had received my offer. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I still have yet to hear back from them, I have attempted to chase them up about it but to no avail. My advice, don't use these people either for letting or if you are looking to rent a property as they are completely useless. Frankly, I'd be concerned for anyone who lives in a property managed by them as, given their inattentiveness, I suspect that if anything went wrong or needed to be fixed in a property they would never get back to the tenant, thus leavening them liable and potentially in danger.So, to summarise: utterly useless, unprofessional, and unacceptable inattentiveness
