Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Elgin

NO GO area ! They're still playing Covid games !!! Can't walk in without appointment and check out frames.If you touch any frames they're collected to be cleaned by a staff member who is stalking you ! We went to competition to receive great service without all this ridiculous fuss.

Always friendly staff in my local branch.It was my first time using varifocals and it was explained to me in such a clear way as to get the best use of them. I was advised it may take up to two weeks to become comfortable with them, however, by the next day I was loving them. 20/20 vision ALL the time now. ☺️

Just like the advert says, 'You should have gone...'.Knowledgeable staff who go all out to help. I have an odd prescription and the staff worked for over an hour to source frames that I liked and that would work for me. Excellent.

Tried to take my grandsons glasses in for a repair ...didn't even look at them and advised that I needed to bring him in as it was a legality. I asked for an appointment to be told I couldn't make one there and then but would have to phone for an appointment!! I was handed a card and told to phone the number...a local number... possibly the local shop I was in? What kind of service is this....I will take my grandson to Duncan and Todd (my optician) further along the high street as they previously REPLACED my glasses after a similar problem as my grandson's with NO need for an appointment.....REAL SERVICE!! Wouldn't recommend Specsavers to anyone GO TO DUNCAN AND TODD instead!

Fantastic service, excellent care and no pushing to purchase new glasses I did not require.

Brilliant service from the moment I walked in the door. The optician conducted a very thorough examination and explained everything as she was going along. I did not have to wait long even though the opticians was very busy. I was able to pick 2 new frames through the 2 for 1 offer and the range was great. Everyone was professional and kind.

Really pleased with the service I received recently. My glasses had been damaged beyond repair (the frames) and the staff at the Elgin branch were able to put the existing lenses into identical frames at a minimum cost quickly and efficiently. Great service, thoroughly recommend.

The eye test was absolutely first-rate which has resulted in the best-ever glasses.

Staff were fantastic & very attentive. Whole appointment was a dream
