Redworth Hall Hotel

Stayed for work. Very average across the board.The room was fine, could have been cleaner in areas and bathroom needs an update.Breakfast was fine. Lunch food on hot plates was very poor quality each day and small portions. Evening a la carte set menu was well displayed and tasted good but each night every dish was lukewarm. This was the case for every meal on the table.Really enjoyed the sticky toffee desserts.Bar drinks are ridiculously pricey for the area & setting, a colleague paid over £12 for a double gin!Service could have been better but it’s evident lots of young people are hired for first jobs etc. which is good for the area.

I stayed for one night, including breakfast and evening meal (fab food) with a couple of free drinks as well as the use of some facilities. Well worth the money. The staff are great, rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. The hotel is amazing to look at and grounds are beautiful. Well worth a visit.

Had a great mid week break with my lovely partner. We had a great meal, enjoyed the pool etc and had a relaxing massage, all for a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend Redworth Hall, it's a lovely place to visit or stay and the staff were excellent.

Stayed here for a few nights, the hotel itself is amazing with great installations and facilities. I slept really well and the bed was really comfortable. I will definitely be going back because it was a great stay, however, the hotel restaurant was really poor and was not worth trying at all.

Birthday treat for our girls !!!Lovely hotel ,friendly cafe staff . Girls enjoyed spa treatment. Birthday plates at evening meal - lovely touch ButFault with shower pump meant bathroom flooded in one room,without shower we had to use shower at spa after this ? and issue with extra surcharge for girls eating off adult menu- despite paying initial adult price for accomodation ,away with lovely friends and so had a really nice stay- it would have been nice not to have had either issue and perhaps better customer service in some areas ,both issues had to be raised several times )

I was under the impression that my self booked a deluxe double spa room for today which is 3.10.23 when we arrive we arrived early so the ladies at the desk allowed us to go up to the spa bar until 2pm when the lounge bar, they were so welcoming to us as always.Then we went to check in for our room to be told that our reservation was for yesterday,  my wife started panic, so a girl called molly rang someone and within 2 minutes we were giving a room, after it was completely our own fault for not looking at the dates properly when booking, molly is a credit to your company was able to sort a room out so quick the service is second to none you all have an amazing team from reception all the way to the barThankyou so much again to you all

Wow, what can I say what an amazing stay! We came here for the first time for our anniversary and from start to finish the service was fantastic! All the staff were so friendly and attentive. We had the winter warm package which included a 2 course dinner, breakfast and a baileys hot chocolate. Food was lovely! I would definitely recommend the cheese board if you’re a cheese fan - the portion size was HUGE! We stayed in the deluxe spa room and it was well worth it! They decorated the bed with rose petals and left a card and some chocolates. Such a lovely and thoughtful touch! We will definitely be back again!

Brilliant.From arrival at reception.Great staff on the desk. Very polite and helpful.The room was great and the cleaning lady...Betty was very friendly and helpful and entertaining.The restaurant , the staff and the meal on all 3 nights was excellent. Bar staff also excellent.The Gym and Beautician staff were excellent to.The Pool. Gym. Beauty area was very clean and great atmosphere.What a fantastic 3 nights. Redworth Hall is full of history and great place to stay..Recommend to all.Can't wait for time.

We stayed and did the anniversary package. The room was decorated put for us and it was beautiful... the chocolate and prosecco was lovely. The spa was lovely it was great being able to just switch off and relax. The food in the restaurant was sublime. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary even more special.
