Do not use this company they are a waste of time booked two weeks in advance only to be told they cannot honor my booking an hour and half before they should have collected me. Shocking service.

After lastnight I will not be using this company again if I could I would give no starts , the diver me and my sister got last night was terrible nearly crashed into another car because he was to busy putting a message on his work phone and not concentrating on the road and had the radio blasting and we are both in pain with our neck n backs because he slamed the break on that hard. Avoid this company

The road was closed at the station when I arrived and the driver called me back to let me know where he'd pick me up. Good clean car, polite driver and a reasonable price. 5 stars all around.

The worst taxi company I have ever used! I was overcharged by a few pounds last week and enquired via telephone to see if the price was correct. I initially spoke to Dean, who was incredibly apologetic and explained that this charge was due to the unfortunate and adverse weather conditions (snow). However, due to the driver and the call handler not explaining this additional cost to me, he informed me that he would look into this issue and promised to contact me again ten minutes later with a resolution. Unfortunately, it has been a week, I’m still waiting to hear from him. Due to Dean failing to respond, I decided to contact this company via Facebook for further information. The colleague, who fails to provide their name whenever they send messages, is incredibly unhelpful. In fact, in no uncertain terms, accused me of being a liar, as they couldn’t find any record of my booking. This is incredibly strange as Dean had no issues finding this whatsoever! I am most grateful for your services which allowed me to travel to work during the difficult weather conditions, however, I do not appreciate having to continually chase you for answers. Your customer service is abysmal and I sincerely hope you try harder in the future to improve this. If you are going to charge your customers extra, this should be more clearly stated. I think I shall stick to Budget Taxi’s from now on.

Pre ordered a taxi, I called at pick up time and I got connected to the driver. He told me he was running 10 mins late. I waited 20 mins and called again and got told the driver cancelled and they had no one in the area. I was major late from pre booked. Terrible service with 0% customer care. Avoid!!

would highly recommend this company, had a return trip for alton towers, they always answered the phone for confirmation and were always very polite, taxi driver was on time, very reliable and kind, Thank you so much!

Used to be so reliable but since they have a new manager/director I Don't recommend at all. Avoid at all costs. He just cares about money and not the customer. Total nightmare. Tracking doesn't work. Keep you waiting even if pre book

Have used roundabout previously to go to Birmingham Airport. Its a standard flat rate, was on time, friendly driver, so had no issues with booking them again.

Do not use.Booked a taxi to and from a wedding. Had a child so made sure we booked a week in advance. The journey there was fine, however the return journey did not happen. Waited and waited in the rain, rang several times to be told they were too busy and they would get there when they could. After waiting 45 mins we got an Uber. After returning to the hotel we were woken by the driver calling to say they were there 90 mins after it was booked. If you take a booking this is the priority. Please don’t use this company to book a taxi or you’ll be very disappointed!

Majority of taxi drivers are amazing and do a awesome job,then you get the odd one that miserable no hello or thankyou,don't even get out of car to open boot or even help you with your shopping.You do everything and even give directions to where your going.Like i said the majority are amazing that go the extra mile for you,but the few that give others a bad name.
