Well we had an old and tried garage and now we have a brand new looking one all thanks to Stuart at fix my door. Stuart called to give us a quote, and to be honest, it was a really good quote, so we agreed, and he told us it would be a few weeks as he had to order the door .Stuart called and said that he'd got the door and gave us a date for fitting. I've got to say the job he's done is amazing. we would definitely recommend him he's done an outstanding job .amazing cheers, Stuart

Stuart was punctual and smart when he arrived. I always think that's a good sign. After a brief introduction and unloading the estate car he got straight to work so I got out of his way. You don't need bodies cluttering the area. After a while I went back to the garage and he was making good progress with the installation of our electric conversion of the garage door and it was nice to see that the workspace was orderly and tidy. He gave me a call some time later to say that the installation was finnished and wanted to demonstrate the operating proceedures etc. I was pleased with the whole job and confirmed that the total cost was as initially estimated with no extra add ons. We were pleased with the quality of the German manufactured gear which Stuart offered at a realistic price. A nice chap doing a good job. That's it really, some of our neighbours have had their installations done slightly cheaper but with lesser quality equipment.

What can I say, fantastic service. We had our double garage doors serviced which included having new cables and cones installed, new rollers and re-tensioning the doors. They now open so easily. We had contacted Fix My Door because the doors were getting hard to lift and stiff to open, not entirely sure if there was anything that could be done due to the age of the doors. However much to our relief and after it all being explained to us before the service was carried out they now work better than we could have imagined, it’s like using new doors. Stuart who came out turned up when he said he would, left no mess and it was a very reasonable price too. Not very often you get such a good service these days. Happily recommend.

Fantastic service, messaged Sunday night after the cables frayed. Door was fixed by 12pm the following day, arrived promptly. Can’t fault the service and all for a very good price.

Excellent service and very fair pricing from Stuart at Fix My Door. Responded quickly to initial enquiry and visited the next working day. Provided a full service to our garage door that was not locking correctly and was letting water in. Door is now secure and a weather strip has been fitted to help stop water ingress. Would definitely use again for repairs, servicing or if needing a new door.
