Synergy Dental

I attended an appointment for an extraction (which I paid for privately), and it was disappointing to meet the patronising and unprofessional (Shazia) who is not fully qualified (according to the website of Synergy itself). She was terrible in performing the extraction and the aftermath was few days pain and bruised jaws. I would not recommend it to any private patient.

The service rendered at this Dental clinic is excellent. Dr Shazia Kalsoom and staff Sanha are very efficient, professional , friendly, understands individual patients needs to render the right service needed. Thank you and keep it up.

Big HUG to Dr Shazia and her assistant. I came in with a severe tooth ache affecting my ear and wanting to rip my head off especially as i didnt sleep all night. Instantly they made me feel calm, relaxed and settled, immediately examined me, discovered a gum pocket that was infected, after a quick clean up the doctor sent me away feeling relieved and pain free with a prescription for antibiotics. Dr Shazia also took the time to quickly do a check up on my daughters teeth whilst we were together such thoughtful doctor. Happy Dayz!! Strongly recommend my dentist .

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the professionalism of Dr Shazia and her assistant Sania . Amazing Customer Service being really warm and friendly and funny too! Dr Shazia was very calm and diligent. I've had an outstanding Clean & Polish that was done with impeccable precision without hurting my teeth. I've been offered a choice of treatments with all the outcomes explained very well. My tooth which could have been lost - was saved! The X-Rays and Filling & Anaesthetic have been done expertly. This is with no doubt the BEST DENTIST EVER! Join Synergy Dental - you really won't be disappointed. Shazia and Sana made my experience the most positive I've ever had with a dentist. I was a bit nervous but they were both patient and supportive. I've received a good explanation of everything, starting from potential cause, through healing and ending on tips of how to prevent this from happening again. I recommend this place to anyone, especially to those, who are a little nervous about visiting dentist. 5 stars!

I had a 2.20pm appointment, when I made the appointment, I told the Receptionist who was on duty about the chances of not making it at that time since I had a 9-5 and they told me I could come between that time and 3pm of the said date. I booked the appointment as private not NHS. On the morning of the appointment, I got 2 missed call from this office around 10.06am but I couldn't pick it cos I was in a meeting. However, I returned the call 2wice by 10.13am as well but no response. I was calling to tell the practice I have a 2pm meeting and would be running late. I got to my appointment at 2.43pm. At first, the receptionist just ignored me as I stood there while she was on the call and when she was done, she asked me why I came and I told her and she was like she has to reach out to the doctor to know if they can still take me. I waited while she attended to other people who weren't even there when I came as the place was empty and ignored me. After attending to everyone, she decided to tell me the doctor cannot take me again and that I was late so it's a no show, even when I tried to explain to her that I tried to reach out to let them know, she did not even acknowledge the fact that no one picked my call when I returned it but blamed me for showing late and told me specifically I should have continued calling after they did not pick until they do, and was very rude saying if it's NHS, it's 10minutes wait, if it's private, it's the same wait time. She also went ahead to say I have to reschedule and pay another fee. I found her not just rude but condescending and as a fellow professional, I expected more but unfortunately,not just that I will never come here again but I will make sure I stop at nothing in demarketing this dental clinic. Very bad experience.

Ok so first of all I'm the patient for few years now. I sign up when Google had 2.8 stars but my teeth were killing me. I've never regretted my decision. True, receptionist there few years ago was.. well.. dumb so say the least but the dentist was great. To my suprise my dentist one day just disappeared and I've been assigned to new one. I've been little traumatized as the child so I don't like changing dentists but maan.. this guy do his job extremely well. My teeth aren't easy" and treating them takes double appointments but I'll always got best treatment not only dental but also as a person. I had difficult extraction recently (still recovering) but for the first try

I am registered with this clinic since it open in my surgery. At first alot of young dentists changed. Now since couple of years Dr Shazia taking care, she is very experienced and a very kind lady, that give best advice and treat what is possible on the day. She and her colleague Sara make the best team. Happy with the treatment.

I had Dr Shazia Kalsoom and her nurse Sana for my nerve racking dentist appointment.Both of them made me feel at ease when I explained I was very nervous and anxious. Shazia made the whole experience better for me as she explained what was going to happen next at every stage. She managed to deep clean my teeth and do 3 fillings in about half an hour! Shazia and Sana were brilliant and thanks to both for being patient with me! Hope your manager appreciates your hard work and the efforts you put in to make us 'anxious' patients stay calm and for giving me a better outcome than what I have experienced in the past by other dentists at the synergy!Thank you ever so much Shazia and Sana.... see you in 3 months! Very welcoming people, makes sure you are comfortable before receiving treatment. Furthermore, the pricing is very affordable considering the price of the other private sectors. Would highly recommend!!
