Been using Graham now for over a year and he has done my botox, lip, chin filler. Lips and botox perfectly :) I have a bit of a bump with my chin filler, but have made a review appointment and emailed the practice, to have a review done. I suspect this is due to a cannula being used over a needle, as this has happened to me before elsewhere with a cannula, and I won't use on again - they can leave a little 'tube' shape of filler, especially if you have think skin. All patients should read up on teh pros and cons of cannula Vs needles. I prefer needles overall.I have no doubt my review will be done well, and a bump post filler is very common and can happen anywhere. It has happened to me in the most expensive clinics in Scotland, and they have charged double what Graham does, and their results are not as good IMO. I'm also having my botox redone then too, for what will be my 3rd time, and changing over to this practice from my former, for all my private regular dentistry.I have also trialled the clear tray style braces with this clinic, though they weren't for me. They are not the trademarked invisalign and not as comfortable to wear.Graham then reviewed me for the clear tracks and behind the teeth tracks, but he was upfront with me and said he'd rather I had further ortho opinions as he didn't feel this system of the mini invisible braces, would be a good fit for the top row of my teeth, and I appreciate his honesty.Iv'e since had 3 independent ortho visits, and I will either go with invislaign (branded), or the full incgnito system - both are elsewhere. But I really respect and admire that Graham wasnt trying to upsell his own products, and advised me to get further reviews from orthodontists, not dentists who have an interest in orthodontics and explained the difference honestly and helpfully.Overall iv'e been very impressed with all the services iv'e had at this clinic. If I had to be super fussy, I'd say don't go for drill if you are having space created for braces between teeth - opt for file tape instead, as I had the drill and my bottom teeth now are a wee bit boxy or rectangle looking and other orthos pointed this out to me as not the best option. It's more comfortable, but leaves an unatural result, so after my braces, I will need minor composite bonding to correct possibly. That goes for braces fitted anywhere, not just here. Can't understand the negative reviews for Graham in terms of issues or his attitude, as he has been the opposite with me and iv'e gone back to him about braces and for botox. He switched my braces regime advice and corrected my botox; and each time with a smile, and i felt he couldn't have been more helpful.I hope others find my impartial review of use, and it's also worth remembering that no practice is 100% perfect, and if you have an issue, give them a chance, and try and work it out with them before leaving hasty reviews.Unsure why the clinic has posted a response to this review saying they hope I find another clinic that suits"

Absolutely delighted with botox done by Graham. I didn't even need to go back for a top up after two weeks. Will definitely recommend Graham to my friends. The price was also reasonable in compare with other clinics.

Not good. The lounge chairs in the waiting room are as filthy as they can get.The upholstery on the sitting chairs look as if they are full of poo, and most probably they are.And then, the hygienist" kind of deliberately avoided the area which supposed to be focused at

I have had fixed braces top and bottom and my treatment was excellent from start to finish. My orthodontist asked me what I wanted and listened to me. My treatment was then tailored to my requests. I am very happy with end results. All the staff are very friendly and appointments were always given at a time that suited me. Very competitive price! I Highly recommend!
