Jean from the Madeira restaurant was really great, very kind and understanding. Went above and beyond to try to improve our experienceThe views from the hotel are amazing. (When you can see them) However we stayed this weekend and they failed to advertise that there were roadworks/building works happening so it really spoilt the views for the entire night as we booked to stay for an anniversary and all in all spent a pretty penny. We arrived in the evening as we had dinner reservations at the hotel restaurant for 9. Initially we had a really poor service upon arriving for dinner as the restaurant as it was really busy so we were left to wait nearly half an hour beyond our seating time at the bar, we had nobody come to take our drink order even though many people came past us and we tried to gain their attention. When we were finally seated we were plonked in the back of the restaurant directly next to the dj booth. Not ideal for a romantic night, when I complained we were moved…. But again waited ages for someone to come to take our order then ages again for the order of drinks to arrive. One of the starters didn’t arrive at all and that was evidenced by the fact that the main arrived. We ended up cancelling it. The only saving grace was Jean a waiter as once he saw what was happening he acknowledged it and went above and beyond to try to rectify and appease us, he apologised perfumery as they even sent him with the wrong desert order so we had to wait again. So thank you Jean, as he did take a little off the bill as a gesture however it really made a bad start to what was meant to be an amazing night.Back to the roadworks, a humongous crane was pitched outside meaning my taxi was unable to stop on the road so I had to walk a distance with bags (again not told) then we had the light from the crane shining simultaneously throughout the night into our room window meaning we had to use the blackout blinds completely ruining the fact that we paid extra for a lookout room.Probably going to take this forward as a complaint to be honest. Not sure how to close this review but the positive was that all the staff were friendly

I came to The Treehouse with a group of girlfriends and had the best night. The service was impeccable, the ambience was spot on, the food was stunning and the views..oh the views! I had a blast and was so well looked after. I do not get the chance to visit fancy places like this normally and I would highly recommend The Treehouse as a hidden gem that will blow you away.Thank you to all of the great staff who looked after us all so well.

That was our first time staying there and it won't be our last. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. The manager Laurence was amazing and made sure we were looked after. The staff and service was top notch. From the bartenders to the security team to the lovely people at the reception desk. This is hospitality at it's finest. Thank you Treehouse team for making our visit so special!

Not what I was expecting when paying $500 a night..the highlight was the location. Close to the train, restaurants, and sights. But there are a lot of hotels to choose from and should have stayed somewhere else. The restaurant inside the hotel is easy access for breakfast in the morning, even though it’s not included in the cost. The room was rather small for a deluxe king room, but had cute details. The downside experience was the 7 am construction work that was taking place on the same floor and outside our window. Then late into the night we could hear the bars music. Not ideal to stay if you are wanting sleep. Then we lost hot water and had to take cold showers one night. And Room service requests took a while to respond we ended up getting things ourselves. Not worth the cost at all. The management tried making up by compensating 1 drink at the bar the last night. But then proceeded to try to add $20 service fees for every day we were there. I would not recommend staying here but go for brunch or check out the nest bar on the very top.

Spent one night at the Treehouse Hotel and really enjoyed it - the rooms were nice and contained everything needed and the staff were all super attentive and very helpful. Food at the 15th floor restaurant was great with again, wonderful views of London. Great Bar on the top floor with again, magnificent views. The location is good for going to a number of places by foot. Can definitely recommend.

The view is amazing and the location is cosy but I must say that the music playlist is so random and really annoying. I feel like it doesn’t match the atmosphere.FOH Service wasn't so great as I had to ask for menus and the bar staff seemed to be afraid to make eye contact with us. We were sat down at the bar by a manager and after we ordered no one came to check on us. Had to chase them to order more and had to ask for more water and to have the empty plates taken away.

The service was decent but I don’t think they’re used to catering for business parties. Giving 4 stars because they were very responsive to feedback and lunch on the 2nd day was vastly improved and tasty on both days. Their rooms are lovely and the concept do the treehouse is well thought out

I love this hotel! The location is fantastic for sightseeing, shopping, theatre etc. It smells gorgeous from the moment you get up to reception and has a warm, playful feeling too. The staff were all friendly and helpful and everyone we encountered seemed genuinely pleased to be there. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and were given a gorgeous corner room with a stunning view. There was also a little sweet treat and a card in the room, which was a lovely touch. We had drinks and food at The Nest which had a great Saturday night vibe with a DJ and again, really great staff. Food was delicious. We also had breakfast at Madera- Mexican influences over a very tasty start to the day. Good coffee too. Finally, the views across London are stunning and well worth taking your time to enjoy as part of a visit.

Lovely cocktails and great views at the rooftop bar but have witnessed a pretty bad interaction between the manager and the employee which really put me off the place. He was speaking to her in a super rude, patronising way, not even giving her a chance to reply.. that sort of culture should not be allowed as it damages everything good about the place.Visit was on 16th Dec, around 3pm
