Accident caused but the decay of the property caused me to fall into the house and the front door cracked, it took months for them to fix the decaying step to the front of the property and the door has been like something from the chuckle bros to them to us to you. The door is now getting out heat is now not going to be fixed till January and was supposed to be done this week (oct2022)

I haven't got enough time or space to say what needs to be said about this joke of a housing association. But if your desperate, then get in touch! It has been 8 months since my daughter got a house via these, & it has been one continual fight to get repairs to her house (done properly), for these 8 months! I'm chasing them again as I type this review, to STILL effect repairs to her rotten rear fence & the dilapidated front fence/gate too!

Absolutely terrible don't believe their 24 hours emergency repairs they dont come out when your boiler breaks down for the 5th time in four months because after 10pm you wont get anyone because they like to let their engineers rest while i have parkinsons and a son and no hot water or heating for three days that what i was told

Never rent from them, been living with mould tor a year that bad that we no have mould mites all over our furniture and they don’t seem to care that much. Loud as hell neighbours they don’t do anything about even though they tell you, they have.

Absolutely shocking housing association my mum rents one of there properties I have phoned so many times to get repairs done she has been without a bathroom door for nearly 4 months but they said is not urgent then she had a leak in her kitchen a plasterer came over sealed some plaster board over the damage then proped it up with another piece of plasterdoard and left also my mum has copd and her property has so much mould in it since moving in which was about a year and a half ago she has been on 5 lots of antibiotics and steroids called the ambulance out twice and still nothing has been done about it as long as your up to date with your rent that's all they are bothered about

Self service website is a useful asset for tenants although actual service can be somewhat slow. There seems to be a multitude of different locations / buildings across area that 13 occupy which raises question are so many justified?

Absolutely disgraceful company been waiting for repairs plastering to be done and they say there no repairs on system and no call back either which there was and they totally denied it hole in kitchen wall from a leak leak fixed but plaster was still showing wet chipped away again but thankfully no leak waiting for the hole to be done but the say no repair on system Absolutely joke

These guys have the ability to destroy any decent housing estate or area. Inadequate vetting of tenants and a seemingly apparent ignorance to damage that bad tenants do to an area. A complete failure to deal with bad behaviour and simply dumps bad families without having to handle the distress that they cause.

This is a long one: Nothing but chew since I got the house. It's a lovely house to look at but that is where the positives stop. I will start at the beginning when bidding for the house, they gave me a date I could move in and then pushed the date back twice because it was not ready" it was not ready because no one was there working on it

spoke to thirteen this morning, the waste pipe from my kitchen sink has broken loose, and water was pouring straight through into the cupboard. the girl said its NOT an emergency, and told me to buy a bowl from home bargains! she said a plumber will come on the 16th of MAY! given the fact that i am 71 years of age, in poor health, suffering from C O P D, SPINAL ARTHRITIS< and a HEART condition, i find thier repairs service sadly lacking.
