Went in to toolstation today looking to get a few things, i was greeted by the staff who were very friendly and gave me a fantastic buying experience. I was struggling to decide what i wanted initially but the manager came over and spoke to me about his own personal tools that he uses and talked me through the best products to buy. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I am new to the whole tools world and didn't even know what I needed when I walked in, but after speaking to the staff they made recommendations that not only allowed me to complete what I wanted to but to do it to a higher standard. Been in multiple times since then and it has been great every time. Fantastic!

Pleasantly surprised, very professional staff, nice and clean store with lots of choice. Got what I needed and didn't pay over the odds for it either. Irfan was especially accommodating and helpful. Great experience and highly recommended place for your hardware needs. The level of advice was excellent and they made a novice not knowing much about what I wanted to do, very reassured and better for going to the store. Will definitely go again.

Normally good but really annoyed me this time. Website wouldn't give information on quantity of a item I need today. Called them, was on hold, then got told there was a 1 hour 30 min wait time on the phone, then they hung up on me!
