Lane End Farm Campsite

De eigenaren waren afwezig en doken 4 dagen later weer op, zonder excuus. We waren een paar dagen de enigen op de camping. We wisten de code van de douche ingang niet. Na de eigenaresse gemaild te hebben, kregen we de code. De douche was vies, met vuile randen, haar in het putje en liep direct over. Na enige keer hierover geklaagd te hebben, zei de eigenaar wat aan de verstopping te hebben gedaan. Het was iets beter maar je stond binnen een minuut in de troep. De mensen die eerder hadden geklaagd over bladeren in de mc hadden gelijk. De grote weg dendert dag en nacht door met herrie. Mij zien ze er nooit meer!!

I’ve been camping for years now,And stayed all around the country, lane end farm is in my top 10 . They price is brilliant,to say they offer hot clean showers with good clean toilet facilities,and for once the electric hookups worked for our 4 day stay unlike other sites.And to top it all off the staff are on hand to answer all questions and more importantly give you information and recommendations about the area of what to see and where to go .Thanyou lane end farm will definitely be back ,and would highly recommend

Very nice site. All the facilities that we needed on hand. Dog friendly. Very nice owner. We had a great time and would recommend this site.

Stayed one night to try my tentbox (solo traveler) found Janet and her family to be very helpful and friendly. The site had everything I needed I will definitely be visiting again.

The worst site I have ever stayed on. The electric hook ups didn't work and in any case hadn't been tested since 2019. The toilet hadn't been cleaned or swept. No shower. No warm water. Will follow up with Camping and Caravan Club because shouldn't have a certification. Make sure you don't stay here!

Well placed 5 van site about an hours bus ride into Manchester city centre. We were visiting for the Christmas market, and had a great stay. The site has the necessary basics we require .... hook up, loo and a shower with plenty of hot water. The view across the field even included wild deer, which is nice to see.
