Waste of time store. Completely empty, staff ignoring at till as they are on their phone. Then tell you to go and order on a screen when you already know what you want. New tablets make it 10x more effort than offering any help at all. Would suggest another store with more helpful staff

Brilliant place to buy a multitude of DIY items. They sell everything from paint to power tools and adhesives to pipes for plumbing. You don't have to be a trade person to shop there. Order online and collect in a hour and if they don't have your item they will get it the next day or search a nearby store. The staff are always helpful and the store is always clean and nicely laid out.

What an outstanding example of Customer Service by Kieran Fallon. This young man recognised me from my previois visit and when I approached the till he pulled my account up on his system without me even saying a word and started putting my orders together.Very personal touch to the already superb Store. Only Branch I've used where they refuse to allow materials ordered for a van to be released without someone driving the payment card from the office to be there in person. Total inconvenience. Jobsworths.
