An excellent local company! The team have been looking after our alarm for years now, and have always offered a 5 star service. Circle have modified and upgraded our system over this time and we've always been completed satisfied with their work. Additionally, they are very responsive to call out requests often with same day appointments offered, and annual servicing is reasonably priced.Highly recommended!

I was very impressed that Circle Security responded very promptly for a fairly minor fault , which was immediately fixed. It was very helpful especially as I was going away the following day. They are always very polite and efficient, and I recommend them

I have used this security company for a number of years. They remind me when an inspection is due and offer dates and times to suit me. A text is sent to me approx 20 mins before the engineer arrives within an agreed time slot. The inspection is carried out efficiently. They also offer an emergency call out service. This is a company which offers good service at an affordable level.

If only other companies operated like circle security. This is what customer service and satisfaction is all about. Having experienced an attempted break in they responded quickly to survey and offer solutions to our requirements. They refreshed our alarm system and installed video cameras, video doorbell and flood light. Can’t praise Scott and Ian enough for their install and tutorials on how everything worked. Best of equipment used and installed to the highest of standards. Very competitive costs with a 24hrs emergency line in case of issues.Great companyI Stewart

I had an alarm system and Ring doorbell fitted a fortnight ago by Circle Security. My experience was seamless and professional at all times. Patient explanations were given after installation which gave me the confidence to use both the manual operations and the apps from day 1.Thanks to everyone involved in the process from start to finish and especially to Ian. I feel much more secure now as we previously hadn’t set our alarm for over 20 years!I would happily recommend Circle Security to anyone looking to do the same as me…..

Normally just need an annual service but recently we got an oven delivered and part of the electrical work involved seemed to have caused an issue with trying to set our alarm. Called Circle who sent someone along within 10 minutes and he found a fuse had blown in the main Circle box which he replaced. Didn't charge us for it and was gone within 5 minutes. Friendly, helpful guy which basically sums up the company. Would recommend them if you are looking for an alarm system for your property.
