Recent downpours left us with a flooded cellar.A sump pump was recommended and duly fitted by Stormguard Floodplan. The guys arrived promptly, worked like stink and well within the quoted time they had tidied up & finished the job. We now have a dry cellar & peace of mind. I was given a highest price on the telephone and then the quotation came in at almost four times the amount. I was told that I had told them that I had single airbricks rather than double; I don't even know what the difference is. The response was extremely rude and unprofessional - we don't do jobs for free in life and we do not wish to have any further contact yourself". If this is an example of their ethos

The installation team were great. Jon & Nick were punctual, very friendly, explained things clearly.Lawrence advised me not to pay anybody before the job was done. He helped me to defeat a cyber crime. I thank Lawrence very much for what he has done for me.

what an arrogant ignorant man the owner of this company is. He refused to produce a set of Risk Assessments and a Method Statement (which is needed under the H&S regulations) He was very abusive when asked for them and refused to supply any. This is from a firm that is supposedly CHAS registered. All he kept saying was I am a very rich man and didnt get like that by messing about. He never turned up to do the works but I am so glad really. KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Stormguard are fab! Came to present themselves at our flood group meeting (our village flooded in November )-they do what they say and the product and price are right! Installation was excellent -would heartily recommend to anyone

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The 'person' I spoke to was rude and arrogant, I was trying to buy a protection kit for my front door and after a promising start to our conversation he interrupted me told me to go away as he couldn’t be bothered to discuss my requirement any further and hung up on me. I was polite and wanted to spend money with him however I now feel that he doesn’t deserve to have any customers! God help anybody who he graciously allows to buy from him and then has problem, they will have no chance!

I have just had all my door's garage & airbricks replaced by Stormguard & I am overwhelmed by this company, as I was flooded in 2000 & out of my house for 10 months due to a freak storm and no one will ever know the distress it can course until it is to late & happens to yourself the cost is unbelievable so it's a no brainer defence cost against house & home replacement & stress, Lawrence in the office was extremally helpful keeping me updated & explaining all the system & how it works, but the two fitters John & Nick were fantastic, arriving on time working on the hottest day yet they did not stop even for a break, their workmanship was excellent very polite and nothing was a problem they left the house spotless as if they had not even been here I cannot praise them enough as all their work was excellent neat & tidy. The Quality of the materials are above 5 star's so a big thank you to Lawrence, Nick, & John I now know that my house is safe from flooding.Kind RegardsMr & Mrs P Owen
