Kenton Dental Centre

My partner took my son for his first dental appointment and the staff was wonderful. My self and my 11 month old went and there was amazing friendly, fun and great communication. Haven't experienced a dentist as kind as these guys !

My 87yo grandmother was experiencing extreme dental pain and she was booked in to visit this dentist at 415pm. Due to traffic we were late by around 10-15 minutes or so, upon arriving at the surgery the receptionist immediately turned us away. After explaining that she was in extreme pain and we had pre-arranged transport to bring her here and that we were slightly late due to traffic the receptionist stated that the appointment had been cancelled and as the dentist was busy, nothing could be done.We looked around and the dentist had 1-2 patients waiting to be seen.After asking her advice on what we should do she rudely replied ‘call back in the morning, there’s no way I can do anything and nothing can happen’.We told her that she is in extreme pain however at this stage the receptionist became extremely rude, shrugged her shoulders and said that she can’t do anything. She would not speak to us in a courteous manner and she became very dismissive and abrupt.After quite some time we asked to speak to a manager and we were eventually spoken to by a dentist. We explained the circumstances to the dentist and he was very patient and understanding and he agreed to carry out a quick assessment and offered my grandmother medication.It’s disappointing that this reception staff has such poor basic people skills in courtesy and politeness. I strongly recommend that she undergoes some form of training to help her develop as a person. I cannot for the life of me understand how you could turn away such an elderly patient who was clearly in distress.

Honestly couldn’t be any more grateful to this dental practice… from the reception staff to the dentists / nurses they’re all amazing, helpful and beyond accommodating. Comes highly recommended!

I rarely write reviews but felt that I just had the thank Ahmed for the amazing and pain free construction of my tooth implants. He has taken care of my family for a number of years and alway seems happy and upbeat when we visit. I can honestly say he is by far the kindest, caring, knowledgeable and most professional dentist I’ve ever known. Thank you Ahmed to you and your brilliant team and not forgetting to give a big shout out to Mary for her patience…

I attended this dental practise a few years ago after the cost of private treatment became too expensive. It subsequently turned out I needed root canal. The dentist performed the procedure, but I let them know between treatment that it felt like my gum had become infected above the tooth. The dentist dismissed this as something that would pass, some 2 years later the gun is still infected and I have had to resort to going back to a private dentist having lost complete faith in this practise. Long story short it has cost me over £2500 to get the infection cleared by having to undo the root canal treatment at a specialist dentist is the West End. Whilst they said the work down was fine they were appalled that the dentist having been informed of the infection dismissed it and did not treat it .I will not be returning to this practise and I am considering a formal complaint to recover the costs .

Our family have been coming to Kenton Dental for many years and we have always been very happy with the professional service. Ahmed is an amazing dentist and keeps me calm when nervous. All staff treat you with respect, are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this practice.

100 percent recommend them. all staff members are friendly and professional. I’ve been going to them for over 20 years and never had an issue. They explain procedures and duty of care is exceptional. I honestly wish that other professionals were like them. It makes such a difference when you are greeted with a smile and politeness. It’s a place where they make you feel at ease. Even in emergencies they always have helped me over the phone and seen me asap.
