The staff were polite but as usual 1or 2 of the stand ups were not working as they should.

Toilets out of order for weeks now, rude staff (old blonde haired cleaner) was recommending a friend but won't be bothering now, I've minutes on my card to bit they can keep them!

Sunbeds are old, paper towels often run out and ventilation is inadequate but on the upside it's cheap. If I can suggest an improvement new card system should have PIN as it's very easy to leave membership card behind and someone else will use your minutes without you even knowing. This happened to me.

I really like this sunbed place because it has plenty of stand up or lay down ones that I dont feel like I have to rush. Staff are really friendly and explain things when I asked.

Been using this place for 10 years staff are friendly and 99% of the time there is no queue. Each tanning booth is a locked room for your privacy and comfort. There is no parking available but if you are already in town I would highly recommend.

Some of the stand-ups don't work as they should so you have to figure out which ones give the best results. I also bought a bottle of the tanning accelerator for £22 but after doing some research on sites that have no vested interest in the product, I discovered it does nothing it claims. Me being me, I tested it out over 6 x 12 minute sessions (minus 2 sessions on the stand-ups that are dodgy), I applied the lotion to one arm and one leg. After 6 sessions, there was zero difference when comparing the lotioned arm or leg to the non lotioned ones. Also, the tan doesn't last longer by using the lotion.In short, DON'T buy the lotions, they are a money making gimmick.All that said, the place is spotless, even the toilets are sparkling clean. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the prices are pretty good compared to some other places. I've no doubt if you went elsewhere and paid the premium amount, you'd get better results from better quality tanning equipment but for me, I just want a quick tan before I go on holiday so I don't spend the first days looking like Casper the ghost and the following few days looking like a ripe tomatoes.Edit: I'm not changing any of my comments however, I'm going to up the 3*s to 4*s because of the positives such as the staff, the value and cleanliness.

No roadside parking. Easy access by stairs or lift to tanning studio. Good prices with various deals throughout the year. Clean with helpful staff.
