Was looking forward to having lunch given amazing flavours at Trafford centre branch. Starters chicken skewers and prawn skewers were both disappointing with not much flavours and tasted bland. Mains - pork belly ramen was good mainly the pork belly broth and rest was disappointing. Yaki udon and the shu shiok chicken bowl was again flavourless which was complete opposite to same dishes we had from Trafford centre which was so good and presented well with great zingy taste with subtle chilli kick. Staff and decor are amazing at Didsbury but food let it down.

The overall flavor profile of the dishes was suboptimal, with the ramen in particular being quite lackluster. While the teppanyaki and starters were satisfactory, the level of service provided left something to be desired. Although greeted and seated promptly, there was minimal interaction with the server throughout the meal, with no inquiry made as to whether any further assistance was required. It should also be noted that the payment method was exclusively online and this was communicated immediately upon ordering. No followup for dessert or anything . We just paid and walked out .

Very good service.#RecommendedbySollyDjIt’s a Wagamama. We know it’s standard. However, I would recommend this place for its service. Obviously it’s youngsters. But these ones are well behaved and socially groomed.Parking is free.

We ate here this evening and have experienced the best customer service we have had in a long time. It was our youngest son's birthday, unfortunately his meal was forgotten in the kitchen and the replacement when it arrived was the wrong meal. The staff couldn't do enough to make up for the error. The Manager apologised and offered to refund the meal. For our son though, he received a gift from the restaurant, a slice of cake and a chorus of happy birthday. When do you ever get that kind of service! The food was lovely, the only teeny criticism was that the firecracker chicken was a smaller portion than usual, everything else was as expected.

(ordered via Deliveroo) An expensive & disappointing mistake. All the food was stone cold when it arrived, and squid, dumplings and a rice dish cannot be easily reheated. The delivery man had dropped another order before mine (something I had forgotten Deliveroo do) which why it was all cold. In addition to this the portion of beef in the rice dish was very small, and didn't give good value for money, I won't be making this mistake again.

This restaurant is nice decorated as a Japanese high end bar. The waitress are friendly and helpful. They served us very well. The food really tasted as likely as East Asian style. We enjoyed there very much.

Enjoyed our first ever visit at the Didsbury restaurant. Welcomed on entrance with no wait.Dan was our waiter who was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. I was uncertain of what I was ordering and Dan talked me through the different dishes.Food came at irregular intervals however we were made aware of this by Dan.Food came quickly and was loooooovely for all. I had the brisket broth, y wife had the pork belly and my son had the shu shiok chicken, all of us enjoyed the food.Dan was exceptional as a waiter and made our experience.Good food.Clean restaurant.Great atmosphere.Will definitely be returning.

I have really terrible experience in you Didsbury restaurant, when today’s afternoon 7:00pm. I was ate some food in your restaurant, firstly I was order one beef ramen and one duck rice. But the chef gave me a chicken ramen. I found it and told the chef it’s wrong one. So that wait 20min more. Secondly, I have order extra noodle for ramen, but it’s ready to my table until we finish our food, it’s spend more than one hour, I don’t know it’s whether really hard to cooking? So that spend one hour? But next, most make me angry things is the employee calculate wrong bill! I just order one ramen and one duck rice, but you let me pay two ramen price! If chef cooking the wrong food, we also need to pay it? It’s your policy? I asked the staff, she said you can’t refund any money! Although it’s your calculate wrong bill, If I have any questions, I must email you if I want return the chicken ramen money!
