Somer Cotes Dental Practice

I had an emergency appointment booked in at 10am and wasn't seen until 2 hours later. Left to sat in pain for an anti climactic 5 minute consultation with no permanent resolution.The receptionist (She was apologetic and evidently embaressed) told me I was next and I must've seen the waiting room fill and empty at least 3 times before I was finally seen. I was going to investigate becoming a private patient at this clinic" but the appalling service put me off at how slow they attend to an EMERGENCY. The interior of the building looks like a quick attempt to make a "practice" and is unprofessional. The audacity of their cancellation sign is hypocritical and ironic

I took my daughters there for a check up this week. The staff on reception were very polite and friendly. Dr Jolanta was very good with my children, again very polite friendly and calming. The dental nurses were all friendly and polite aswell. 100% would recommend this lovely, clean, friendly, practice.

They told me they'd ring me when a dentist became available, over a year ago, today they told me I have to re-register, but they aren't taking on any more patients. But I can have private care for £40 a month. Unbelievable.

Fantastic little practice, the receptionists were lovely and welcoming, the practice manager was really helpful in helping me with everything regarding payments, benefits etc she did really well to keep her cool after the previous patients was really horrible to the staff over cancellations.Never been a fan of Dentists but this dentist was great made me feel really comfortable during my procedure.10/10 would recommend

Ended up at this dentist by a referral from my own dentist for a broken tooth that was apparently too broken for them to fix. Due to previous experiences very very nervous visiting the dentist. Anyway went for a consultation as I wanted it to be done under sedation. The dentist offered to take it out there and then without sedation. He was brilliant very reassuring and kept me calm along with the dental nurse. There and then 4 years ago decided that I wanted to register there. Every dentist seen has been amazing and no longer have the anxiety I used to have with dentists. Had to call today with an issue and managed to get an appointment in a few day's. They don't always run on time but that's everywhere you go in life. But honestly do not regret moving. all the staff are brilliant shame the dentist I see is leaving

I came in for an emergency dental appointment just after Christmas in severe pain after being turned away from other dentists. The receptionist was lovely and empathetic and managed to fit me in on the day I called, dentist was quick and professional and sorted me out with the prescription I needed. Within 24 hours my pain was much more livable.

I haven't been to the dentist in years, I've always been so nervous about going but the girls and dentist made me feel very comfortable. I don't know what I've been so worried about, had two fillings and didn't feel a thing, definitely changed my opinion on going to the dentist! Thank you all

It takes ages to get through on the phone and then when you do get a checkup to tell them the issue, you then have to wait months after this to get an actual appointment where they are going to fix the issue discovered in the first appointment. I went in for an issue causing pain in may and my appointment to solve this issue was in august. Once I arrived on time I was informed the dentist wasn’t even here yet and I had to wait for him to get here. 45 minutes after my appointment time I was still waiting to be seen with all other patients that came in after me being seen first, 45 minutes later a dental nurse came to inform me I still have to wait even longer as he’s now only just arrived and is in with another patient already.
