Gav took our brief, went away and gave us a few options to look at, advising pro’s and cons of each. He’s a clever designer who understands how to get the best out of a space, whilst delivering to a brief and budget. He turned the design around quickly and efficiently, whilst providing a great 3D flythrough of the house. Gavin helped us to remodel our ground floor. Garage conversion, small extensions, walls knocked down, etc. He was fantastic from start to finish. The thing I liked most was he listened to what was most important to us and introduced ideas along those lines. The quality of drawings was excellent and he steered us through planning permission with the minimum of fuss. We would recommend him wholeheartedly.
