I recently got in touch with Humboldt Financial to get some pension advice and have been very pleased with the help that I’ve received from Ryan. He took the time to understand my situation and goals and has been helpful and efficient in providing me with further information as required. Dylan Baker helped identify a good Insurance and critical illness cover for me. He patiently listened to what I would like to cover and then with his experience and knowledge recommended what best suited me and inside my budget . our appointment was initially scheduled for 3 days later but I requested if Dylan could have the appointment early like the same day as I was out of a insurance and wanted one asap since I was between jobs and my work cover had expired. Dylan obliged and we had the discussions the same day and he got me a policy the same day set up. great service and interaction. highly recommend.
