Asked for someone to come out and measure up then I returned to the shop. I chose a remnant carpet the same day and, as it's a small carpet and easy to fit it, I was given a date within a week. I'm looking forward to the day it's fitted.

Then, when we needed help, we were given great advice about the flooring we had chosen and then offered an estimate once they had the measurements. Well, thank you David for your help in choosing a good carpets for our house. Good selection of carpetsacross a whole range if styles and prices, spoilt for choice.but, what I likes was the professional advice given by David. no pressure on buying found karpet mills customer focused.Well picked our carpets and they will be fitted within 2 weeks.so if the fitters are as good as sales team, we will be delighted.will comeback afterf fitting with final feedback, very pleased dorothy and Rita

I always use hetton karpet mill, it's a lovely friendly and very helpful service , great variation and value and DAVE O always goes above and beyond to help where he can. I can't thank you enough for arranging my carpet fitting on Friday the 8th ready for the property being valued , he took so much stress off my shoulders . This is how all customer service should be. Karpet Mills offer a brilliant service throughout. They offering a free measuring service that was quick and easy. Upon arriving at the store we were left to browse and look around before approaching us to help. They helped us find a carpet that was in our price range without pressure. The fitters did a good job, however they weren't overly tidy and left all of the rubbish behind. It's worth noting the fitters aren't part of Karpet Mills.

We had a very friendly visit the sales staff were very helpful we weren't rushed and they gave us advice on which carpet would be best for us we picked the carpet and they had it fitted with in a week , the lads did a very good job fitting it and we're also very friendly

Fabulous job fitting plywood and vinyl for bathroom. Fitters were super quick, courteous and tidy! Staff at the Hetton le Hole store were all very helpful when choosing the flooring with good advice. Definitely recommend Karpet Mills
