Quality exhaust and very helpful staff, sounds brilliant too

I purchased an exhaust online. Was promptly shipped and I recived 2 days later. However upon having the exhaust installed professionally It didnt fit right. I was told the hangars were too tall by the exhaust shop and therefore made the exhaust sit about 3 inches below the cutout in my rear bumper. This was a vehicle specific exhaust.I have since contacted scorpion and were helpful at first however now I had had no response for weeks despite multiple emails.I have been speaking to Martyn who told me to drive hundreds of miles for them to look at the exhaust. Obviously this would be massivly inconvenient and cost a fair amount of money to do. I have sent pictures across to them of the mounting along with how the exhaust sits currently and how I am not happy with the product but upon asking about returning the product that is unsatisfactory I have had no responce despite my multiple attempts.If the exhaust sounded good I may spend the money to have this rectified locally however it drones horrendously at motorway speeds and anything below 3kI would avoid this company as your money is better spent elsewhere.

Excellent service start to finish. Very helpful throughout. Travelled down and fitted on site. Friendly staff and went the extra mile. Very happy with the end result and no issues to date. Would recommend to anyone considering their products.

Bought a exhaust for my gen 3 mt09 quality sound and fit is excellent I’ve give 4 rather than 5 starts because it looks like the instruction pictures were taken in the dark and near useless and labelling the headers wouldn’t of gone a miss used both the online video and paper instructions to get it done in the end

Have received my new Scorpion system, and it looks fantastic, to be fitted Monday 31st July, y mu motorcycle mechanic so will update with photos etc next week.
