Had an appointment for removal of locking wheel nuts as my adapter was distorted. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Removed in 60 seconds, new supplied wheel nuts nuts fitted and torqued correctly. The friendly, professional staff members insisted on doing it free of charge. This is customer retention at its best. Well done !

Even though it was late on the afternoon they sorted out my puncture. All the main tyre repair places couldn't fit me in even though it was much earlier in the day. Fantastic service.

Not impressed. A couple of years ago I used Elite (Pulborough) for an MOT and was told that everything was fine except for the headlight adjustment. Didn’t think anything of it and paid for the adjustment. This week I went there for an MOT and asked them to look at the rear tyre tread depth before booking the car in for the MOT. I knew they were getting low. I was told that there was a depth of 2 mm on each, and although worn, they were legal. On picking the car up I was again told that they had adjusted the headlights (£12) despite not asking for this to be done. I was also told that the car needed two new rear tires because the tread depth was less than 1.6 mm and that it also needed new brake pads. The cost would be over £300. I just paid for the MOT (and adjustment to the headlights which I had not asked for). I then booked it into anther garage for an MOT. It passed with not even one advisory! I am not an expert mechanic, but the experience has left me with severe doubts about Elite Garage in Pulborough .

Nice bunch of guys, had mot and service. Car was ready when promised and they went over the works done. Very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Great service and friendly staff. Customer Service outranks the other Nationals by a mile.The manager (Graham) was really helpful and gave me a good deal on two tyres and also the team that fitted them were welcoming, with no fuss and gave a speedy service.

Friendly staff, fitted tyres in time window requested. Was offered choice of waiting or coming back once fitted. They phoned to let me know once the job had been completed. Very happy with service and would use them again.

As always, Elite (Pulborough branch) have given me a no-nonsense service at an excellent price. They treat treat you with courtesy, keep in touch and get the job done on time... can't ask for much more than that - five stars.

I needed a battery fitted and first went to another garage next to where I bought the battery. They said. All our technitions are busy so we cannot help. Not even a sorry we cannot help. So I went to Elite who did my MOT the month prior. No problem. Yes we can do that the chap said. I'll be with you in two minutes. My battery was fitted in minutes for a nominal £15. Very impressed.
