Florence House - Residential Care Home

Florence house is a great care home. All the staff are friendly and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. I have never known a home with such a warm and friendly environment. The staff treat all the residents as family.

A new facility that has been refurbished to a very high standard. As a visitor, I was made to feel very welcome and the staff where all very polite and helpful. It is a pleasure to work with the home and all its staff.

Excellence

We moved my mother to Florence House this week and my first impressions of the Home are that it is a wonderful place. My poor mum was in a terrible state but, now, I feel very relieved and reassured that she is being well cared for. The Home is spotlessly clean, the staff all seem to be very kind and caring and, on the Admin side, Julie and Sue have been absolutely fantastic with me. In fact, they have worked miracles to bring my mum to Florence House and I really can't thank them enough. Peace of mind is priceless.
