Despite ordering for a project in London, I thought it would be good to support my local store in Moreton in Marsh. The manager Antony was very jolly when I placed an order for £2,600 a few weeks ago, not so jolly today when I had to return £650 worth of tiles due to over ordering, despite me ordering another £600 of tiles.He refused to refund sample returns of £19.15 as I didn't take my receipt, despite the sale being in the system (and it not being an issue a few weeks ago) and charged £50 delivery for the new £600 order despite the website saying delivery is free on orders over £300.I will be using another store in future.
