Everything explained to me in layman’s terms so easy to understand, both optician & assistant very helpful. Excellent service.

I booked an eye test for my husband. They were very professional and friendly, above all Caroline, she dedicated a lot of time to him, checking all eyes issues and doing her job in a very kind manner. Thank you so much, I recommend them at all.

This is the worst optician I have ever dealt with in nearly 60 years.I ordered some safety glasses from Aberdeen Bon Accord store 6 weeks ago. No update has been received and attempts to contact them by telephone have been unsuccessful.An earlier call to the Aberdeen store was picked up but not answered. I called back and was put on hold for 20 minutes - no answer.I called the ‘0345’ number, explained my frustration to the ‘specialist’ who informed me that when they are busy in store they often do that or just not answer the phone at all. She then transferred me to the store whereupon I was put on hold once again - as I write this I have been on hold for a further 45 minutes.The ‘on hold’ message telling me how very important my call is to them is a joke which is wearing pretty thin now.I will NEVER use Boots Opticians again, this is the worst customer service by far that I have ever experienced. Not worth a single star.

The staff were polite and the receptionist was friendly. The optician was the best. Very friendly and polite

God forbid anyone should want to contact this branch. They always seem to leave the phone to ring for aeons and when you do get through, most likely someone else will have to phone you back. Which they won't.

I had a very thorough contact lens check and eye examination, all carried out by incredibly polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff (both opticians, and the staff on the tills and carrying out the preliminary tests). I had to have several tests redone, and was reassured and kept informed at every stage. Really brilliant service.

Excellent service, I went to Stuart with a problem with my eyes, he went to ground finding out what was failing with my eyes, he took time to examine me and gave a prescription for my problem. He told me to contact him if I more problems.All the staff were very friendly and professional and took great care of me...thanks to all in Boots Opticians.
