Marks and Spencer

I would give 0 stars if I could but the staff inside the store are lovely. I bought some red seedless grapes. I have opened them this morning and proceeded to eat them. Luckily my pregnant daughter did not! I looked down and saw that the grapes were speckled with mould. I phoned customer services who have said I will have to wait for a call back I. 24 hours time to resolve this. I also suggest that Marks and Spencer customer services demand a receipt,. Despite the fact that this is not economical in the slightest as I, as many others choose the not to get a receipt. I feel really sick at the moment, which could well be down to the thought of what I have consumed.oor it could be an effect of what I have eaten. Just because it's Marks and Spencer please do not just assume, as I did that the food is excellent quality.

M&S never let you down... Well stocked and very helpful staff. Trolleys all sanitized and plenty of hand sanitizer and wipes. All the checkouts were in use so no time wasted... Throughly recommend this store

HAIR IN PASTA and the company ask to send back the pasta with hair in it in order to get a refund. Totally out of order! Paying expensive prices for better quality and service and you get this!

This is one of those M&S stores which adds that special feel to the whole shopping experience. People who work there are highly skilled and professional. I never left the shop without a smile on my face, I simply love everything - products, customer assistants and atmosphere. Thank you for making miracles happen!

A Great M&S. A SUPERB food hall well stocked and well presented. Staff are attentative and a special mention to Philip. He is always courteous in his manner and a great face for the store.

Good quality food, locally instead of having to go into the city. Free parking but a very busy place at times. They don't sell clothes and household items mainly food,flowers and a small selection of cards.Easy access to other shops within the complex

I went to return a product for a friend.They had accidentally marked a different store. There wasn't a problem by taking the bar code returns print out.Staff excellent

Love this M&S food store. It's my main go to and well trusted food store. Extremely helpful staff, well organised, really good selection of good quality fresh foods. Only thing missing is a coffee shop.
