I went to this branch to find more information about a help to buy ISA.Lady answered all my questions and set mine and my boyfriends up straight away. So helpful, friendly and great product knowledge.As this is my local Natwest I find them a great and so handy to have on my doorstep.

They help me sort my card out yesterday

Poor customer service - & rude old women there need to crack a smile... it’s like she didn’t want to be there! Was waiting for a while she was clearing coins out or something I wasn’t too bothered about the long wait but when I got to counter was rushing me and my notes got mixed up the card reader said to take my card out which I did she then had ago at me saying my money might have not gone through to my account caused so much confusion... additionally I lost £10 from my purse coz she was rushing me and confusing me with my money hadn’t gone through I couldn’t be bothered going back as the phone number is a call centre. Will use my other bank Lloyds from now on!!

Absolutely shocking customer service, so unhelpful... The oldish skinny lady with the blond hair looks like a bull dog chewing a wasp.I don't know why she bothers turning up for work because she acts like she doesn't even want to be there. She's ignorant, unhelpful and very huffy... I'm not surprised customers prefer to bank elsewere. Poor customer service, and a volitile attitude.

Staff always nice, thoughtful, helpful. Take feedback on board. Staff are active staff which helps.

30 minutes to pay cash in. There were only 2 people in front of me in the Q, 2 x cashiers on trying their best with 2 more members of staff floating. Couldnt use automation to pay in so had to just wait. Poor effort natwest

Closed on a Saturday is ridiculous, I work Monday - Friday, 9am till 5pm.

Shocking. Do not bank at this branch. Useless unhelpful staff.
