Had a blocked toilet and friends coming over at the weekend so contacted Jake. Explained the situation and he made sure to get out to us on the Friday which was hugeeely appreciated. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and I would definitely recommend!

We recently had our whole bathroom stripped and re-done due to a leak and had JK handle the whole project. Really impressed with the precautions they took with the pandemic to ensure best practises were adhered too. On top of that, they did an awesome job converting our old batter bathroom to an awesome spa oasis. Would defiantly recommend as we didn’t know much about the latest products and he was super patient in walking us through it, step by step.

My mum used Jake's service this week because she needed a CCTV survey of the drains under her house. My mum gets nervous about hiring a tradesman, because like a lot of people she's had bad experiences. But she was really impressed by Jake and wanted me to write a review. He responded to our query on CheckATrade very quickly to say he would ring the next day, which he did. The day before the appointment he checked with my mum that it was still ok for him to attend, which she thought was very thoughtful. When he was there she said he was lovely, and provided a great service and advice. The price for CCTV survey was very reasonable and a relief for her to get clarity. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing this service, 10/10, thank you!!
