I have just bought my second refurbished laptop from Louth Computer Shop. I live in the town and I like being able to buy locally and chat with an experienced professional about how my specific requirements can be met. Any issues are dealt with promptly and no fuss. My last purchase was 6 years ago and the next one will be here too!

Bought a second hand Dell laptop. Charger cable supplied by shop was a HP. Due to it not fitting I lost hours of coursework. The laptop saved but once it lost its charge, i was unable to retrieve it.Nick was unhelpful, cold and his customer service skills were absolutely awful.He point blank refused to retrieve my coursework of the laptop for me. I am now chasing a deadline.He gave me my money back but I now had to trust him to wipe all data off the laptop as I could not access it myself without battery charge.Will not recommend this shop, because as a local business man he should have tried to help me, local business also. In this pandemic we are suppose to be kind, but money is obviously more important to him. Once he had to return my money, he wasn't interested at all.

I thought I might need a new computer, but Nick at Louth Computer Shop not only fixed my laptop but improved it. He knows his stuff and there is no hard sell. Just moved to the area and very glad to know there is a trustworthy shop nearby when I need help again. Totally recommended.

I purchased a PC last year, Nick gave really good advice on what i was buying and sold it at a competitive price. It was for my son, he recently complained that it was vibrating. Nick was so helpful and sorted the problem, also giving options of what i could further do in the future if it reoccurs. A reliable service within a friendly environment.

I recently was given Louth computer shop's number by one of my friend.I needed an upgrade of my laptop as it was working very slowly..I went to see the owner Nick who was very helpful and took a note of all my requirements.He managed to upgrade my Laptop to windows 10 within few days.My computer is like a new laptop and I am enjoying working on it.The laptop had USB working properly but the SD car was not working.I spoke to Nick and he had my laptop back and sorted out the SD card problem within a day with no extra charge.I feel I had a very reliable, friendly and efficient service.I can recommend Louth computer shop to anyone as I found the service to be very professional and affordable.I can recommend

I have been a customer since 2014. I have always found Nick and Mrs Thompson helpful and knowledgeable. The cost of an in-shop computer servicing is (min) £60 and can be higher, but Nick has often advised me by 'phone and email without any charge. No complaints.

The service and advice is excellent. The owner ensures to explain the problems and issues and one gets the feeling he is helping and not making a fast buck or easy sale. I have recommended this shop to my friends if ever they want to buy a computer or need advice or repairs. Please, please please use this shop, don't rely on internet or fast talking salse reps at the bigger IT outlets.
