The lady that is on tonight has appalling customer service and should definitely not be working here! Huffs when asked about lux cups and her overall attitude is ridiculous.

Yep really good having been taken over by co_op as usual staff very polite and helpful been useing it for year and half now, recommend to anyone

Staff are brilliant. Being in wheelchair and on my own I can't get out to get to pay inside. Called up their landline explained I was disabled and straight away they said no worry which pump we'll come straight to you. And they did. Very helpful, very cheerful, very ☺️ thank you

Good experience. Quick to fill up quick to go in the shop governing you need toilet roll, washing powder and soap. You name it that's got it in food sandwiches, coffee crisps biscuits dog food cat food petrol diesel everything, lovely stuff. Always willing to help you. Very good experience

Esso garage has the perfect staff members the main two being Donna & Heidi they are always so friendly, chatty and give the perfect customer service. I wanted to leave 5 stars for them but NONE what so ever for Tristan who is competely the rudest, most boring, unhelpful, just competely not customer facing staff member, he got my back up so much so I had to comment.

Extremely Rude and arrogant at their finest.Especially the lady manager. Shouting at customers.She should be sent on holidays to solve her personal problems. I have attached the invoice application form for the property insurance which I will be taking care on the day and return the item as requested in 5th of July to the 1st of November for and for of course and the cost of the holiday will not cost me any additional further expenses incurred in the course fee for expenses incurred for the course fees etc etc as I am keen to ensure that I have paid the deposit fee and the deposit expenses incurred in the past two years or and as the court deposit will not be paid by my credit card or debit order form as I follows from a personal email that is required to be made removed by from the credit application and the information contained in my original email was sent made in by a mistake from the court of our tenancy and the original letter email is from the our legal contract solicitors as which they we sent to you for our legal aid and the deposit deposit deposit is and the deposit proof of the deposit for our tenancy and deposit

Very disappointed service I have an issue with one transaction i been charged twice for one transaction I went back to store next day explained everything with my bank transaction as proof but assistant said she has no authority to solve then she called the manager a lady which is worse she look like she had some family issue and someone forced her to go work,she was shouting and and not even listen to me even all the store customer look at me like I had done something very wrong, I am highly not recommend this store and I request to the replace the manager as soon as before it's too late
