We have just booked our honeymoon with Jessy and can honestly say the process of it all was so easy to do and not stressful at all! We had loads of wants but a strict budget and Jessy was so patience with us and managed to find out loads of information about the hotel we liked. We are due to set off next month and we honestly can’t wait. Thank you for your help Jessy, you are a credit to TUI.

We popped into the Whiteley shop on Friday 22 September, staying locally overnight after our cruise, how lucky were we to get Ben. We sat in front of him and said no idea where we want to go, but we want two holidays next year, in an adult only, on the beach hotel oh and not school holidays, and we live in Manchester so can I deal with everything from a store down there once booked..What a star he was, we came away with two holidays booked with everything included that we asked for.Excellent service and just wished it wasn’t a 5 hour drive to book all our holidays with this fabulous young man.

Just booked a holiday at the newly reopened store in Whitely.The way it has been fitted out is excellent and Emma and her staff are absolutely lovely. Overall a great experience, I would thoughly recommended it .

Myself and a few friends went into this branch to have a look at holidays for both next year and the year after and Jessy was nothing but fantastic. She was so helpful and patient with us. After looking for quite a while, and finally deciding where to go, she made the booking process so easy and was super informative of everything we needed to know. All in all, Jessy was just awesome!

Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. These guys passionately shared their experiences to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and they did exactly that. It was almost like they knew exactly what we wanted amongst our own confusion and found a holiday that we thought we could only ever dream of. Booking a holiday with the help of Ben and Emma was like a holiday in itself. Easy, exciting and with zero stress. Any questions we had were answered and we left the place buzzing and very grateful.
