Gavin is a superstar. We have had a softub before but this is our first hot tub. Not only did Gavin provide excellent advice on chemicals but he even managed to get them to me within 24 hours. Spa Chem provide an excellent personal service which is so often lacking today. Definitely my go to supplier for advice and products from now on.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDI have only just had a small pool installed and Gavin from Spa Chem was recommended to me for pool chemicals. I really didn’t have a clue what to do and Gavin has been an absolute star. I have been pestering him regularly for advice and he has always come back to me quickly with help & support. He came to my house after pay him 800£ after he put the price up in the last minute after wait for him a month( 3 times more than other companies, but that I know it now) to repair the heater in my hot tub. in his first visit he changed this part and and he left without test if was working. I filled the tub a was a surprise the next morning when I checked was empty" because he doesn't connect the pipes properly all water goes out trough the motors.i text the company after more than 5 hours someone replay my message and I was treated like a stupid after arguing for a bit

I’m located in Michigan, USA- I appreciated Gavin’s assistance via Messenger with walking me through step by step how to reduce cloudiness in my tub. He was very helpful with making sure I understood the chemistry of the water and the importance of keeping chemicals balanced and in which order for best performance. Gavin is super responsive and very knowledgeable. I was at my breaking point and he helped me regain all hope! Water in spa has improved tremendously with Gavin’s expert advice!!!

I had a few issues getting to grips with a good hot tub maintenance schedule so I rang Spa Chem as I get all my chemicals from them. I contacted them on WhatsApp and I spoke with Gavin directly on the telephone, who I cannot thank enough. He spent time with me going over what I did in order to understand where he could help me. Bought a second hand hot tub which came with issues called spachem and spoke to Gavin, after 1hour on the phone he sorted all my problems, with all the correct chemicals and filters on a Saturday afternoon, and buy Tuesday I had everything delivered, in the middle of the COVID 19, amazing service and a quick Reponse. My Hot Tub was installed about six weeks ago. The water had started to go dull and cloudy after two weeks, and when I contacted the company where I purchased it from, the advice was to double the bromine, and it'll be fine.It never got any better, and with Google, to the rescue, I bought a product from Spa Chem to assist. When the item came, I noticed the note about offering to help with advice and assistance. Initially, I didn't think about calling, but after another four weeks of misery, I called and spoke to Gavin.OMG, what can I say? I cannot thank Gavin enough for all his help and support. He spent the time to understand all of my issues methodically and ran me through the basics of maintaining a hot tub from the initial fill to the regular maintenance needed. I placed an order with the bits I needed straight away.I have a better understanding from now on, and Gavin has told to message any issues to the WhatsApp number.I am so glad I stumbled across SpaChem. What a great company and fantastic customer service. I am one delighted customer who will be returning in the future
