Terrible service and has gone downhill over the past year. Despite amended hours they have on the door they are still not there. Have been trying to collect medication four times now. Rang and got through to customer service who told me to ring head office who have also not answered.

Best Vet Ever. I’m Titus, a big unruly, energetic 11 year old Dalmatian and I’ve been using these amazing vets all my life. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’m not the easiest patient but they always make that extra time for me. I don’t like vaccinations and not really keen on examinations, especially my ears but I’ll do anything for liver paste and the attention of all the wonderful staff - Lauren, Sarah, Jill & Louise although I only see Louise now when I go to the hospital in Wanstead. They’ve taken care of my cuts & bruises, my tummy problems, general health MOTs and now my osteoarthritis. As I get older and my back legs get weaker they’ve given me various cocktails & treatments which really help. It never seems to take long to get an appointment and whatever they do always fixes me. My owner tells me they are great at explaining treatment plans options, costs and offering less expensive options. Because less expensive means more treats for me. So thank you to all the vets & staff who’ve taken care of me and kept me in champion condition. It’s a Big 5 Woofs from Titus.

My cat died last night in front of me, it was awful. Partly because of them. They wanted £800 for a scan, which I couldn’t afford being a single mum on benefits. Nobody informed me I could register with Bluecross hospital, which I found out too late. Cost me only £286 for hospitalisation, scan, blood test and medication for asthma. Horrible and arrogant people only here to make as much money as possible.

Totally rubbish. We were previously with another Goddard’s branch and really rated them so stayed with them when we moved but this branch is so disorganised. We’ve turned up for an appointment to find it has been shut (3 others also waiting outside) -no explanation or even apology. We have left at least 5 unanswered voicemails over the past few years and we have received 2 debt collection letters for bills we have paid already. Plus the reception staff are pretty blunt and don’t appear to care. The only plus is the vets themselves seem lovely when you actually get to bring your pet in.

Disgraceful, veterinary company. Had an appointment this morning and I got there and the shutters were down. Made an appointment on the phone and spoke to someone who booked in this appointment! This is absurd. unnecessarily had to distress my house cat to get to this place, for nothing. You don’t care about animals, need my cat seen, due to a visible symptom and now I have to reregister with another vet and wait even longer to know what it is.

Shockingly bad service. They’re never available, can never get an appointment, never have enough staff or vets, and never open during the full hours of their opening times. I transferred to the Highbury branch having moved but had years of good experience from another branch. Here, my pets don’t get their twice a year check ups, are delayed in getting their vaccinations and I can never get to the practice to pick up their flea and wormer, all services which I’ve paid for through ProActive pets, and they never pick up when I call ahead. If you’re looking for a new vet, avoid this branch.The photo was taken an hour before they were meant to close. On calling ahead, the phone did not say they were closed (like it does when it’s actually out of hours), just kept ringing.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Having read the mixed reviews I decided to give it a go anyway as I only needed a booster jab for my pet and saw some good reviews so thought they have sorted their vet issue. I was so wrong.They cancelled my pets appointment 4 TIMES and now I would need to restart my pets vaccination !!! I have taken time off work 4 times for my pets appointment, all scheduled at different times of the day as they are more likely to cancel morning appointments.. but they have cancelled on me on the morning of the appointment so I wouldn’t be able to go into work, and on another occasion day before late in the afternoon! I have lost 4 days pay and have had these days deducted from my annual leave. This is really not acceptable, they don’t even care and will carry on wasting your time.They are extremely unprofessional, I live very close by and walk past at least twice a day, on the days where they have cancelled my appointment claiming “the vet called in sick very last minute”, there were vets inside in a very happy mood not looking ill at all, I went in to ask if I can reschedule the woman vet with short grey hair got very embarrassed as she lied once again. This is really not a joke you are wasting peoples time and costing people more money. This place should close down or get some decent staff who can be bothered to turn up to work .

One vet nurse is nice, the others just played us around and didn’t get back to our calls or read reports from our prior vets so we could get our cat the help he needed. Expected way more. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service. Now we need to find another vet after getting our reports transferred to them. Waste of time and money. The main Australian vet told us she didn’t understand the reports but she lied and clearly didn’t even read them! One vet nurse told us we needed to get more scans for our cat which we already did a few months prior and paid £500 on! They had months to read repots and said they don't usually chase reports on Saturday giving us a hard time about it when they'd had them all along. Now we still have a sick cat..Definitely don’t recommend!

Excellent service from Vet Amy and receptionist Emily- who kindly held me an appointment (for the same week) whilst I was registering my kitten. I did have a bit of trouble registering my pet online but called the central line for Goddard’s and they assisted me and confirmed the appt slot that Emily kindly held for me. Amy was thorough and so helpful and kind. My kitten felt so safe and comfortable with her. Definitely recommend this practice!
