Teresa was so helpful when trying to figure out what plant to purchase for my garden. They are so friendly and kind to talk to. Will be getting the rest of my floral arrangements here from now on! It will be worth the drive :)

Fabulous place with a great variety of healthy, well cared for plants/trees/shrubs and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Definitely visiting again on our next trip to London.

Wow! Finally! They've just opened a speciality coffee shop - the coffee is magnificent! Thanks Neal's, this place just got more special :) The tea and hot chocolate looked excellent too. Highly recommend!

Great stock of plants and garden accessories, can always bank on finding something here and the quality of the products is top.Staff always helpful especially when loading items into cars, Richard really helped me out getting an egg chair in the back of a Vauxhall Corsa.Expect to pay more than you would at the likes of B&Q and Homebase, but in my opinion worth every penny extra.
