Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this garage as I did for about a year. He can't set the alignment. This is the second time this year where the alignment is wrong. This time I went for a retest to give it a chance, but unfortunately they didn't help. They also employed children who have no experience in work and this is the result. I had to go to another garage for repairs. My adventure with this garage ended after a long time. I do not recommend it, it's a waste of time and money.

I've just spent 50min trying to get to the service with roadworks delaying my route absolutely everywhere, phoned the shop to say I was stuck in traffic but literally on their road. They said they wouldn't wait long and if I didn't arrive soon they wouldn't do the service. I turned into ProTyre instead. They lost £400 this time and a client forever.

I would strongly recommend. Chris Mullins Tyres. As well as being vey good value, the whole team were very professional. I have had my tyres on my car changed there for the last 15 years. I have never had any problem. They are very honest and trustworthy and after having a full service on my toyota avensis I am sure it is much quieter now. If you are looking for the best engineers and professional staff, where customer satisfaction is a priority then Chris Mullins in Gloucester is the best choice you can make. Edited to add: Impressive service again from Chris and the team following a puncture 1200 miles into the new set of tyres. Fitted in an inspection and tyre swap (for a spare I had) at very short notice whilst ordering a new tyre which arrived and was fitted within two working days. Great Service.Very professional service, coupled with competitive pricing. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. First visit based on family recommendation - I will certainly return!
