Mark completed a boiler service for us. We were able to book within plenty of time. Mark was very quick in responding. On the day he arrived 5 minutes early and was quick in setting up to complete the service. He talked me through how to check the water pressure and was also brilliant with our dog. 10/10. This is our 4th year using Mark to service our boiler and I always recommend him to all my friends. He always shows up on time, he is very tidy, works efficiently. Sends us annual reminders when service is due so we do not have to worry about anything. Highly recommended!

Mark has always provided a very good service and has never let me down. We recently called Mark again as we came back from holiday to a leaking boiler. He provided a temporary fix and a list of all the things wrong with it and advised us to contact the manufacturer ultimately saving us a lot of money and doing himself out of a lot of work. Would not hesitate in contacting him again or recommending him. Nice, honest guy that's also really good at his job. Thanks Mark.

We have used Mark for several years after he diagnosed and fixed a long term issue we’d had with our central heating system which others plumbers had failed to rectify. This meant we finally had a nice warm house! He regularly services our boiler now and sends a text when the service is due, which is great little extra. Most recent job was a replacement kitchen tap, as expected Mark’s workmanship was excellent.Highly recommended for any plumbing work.

Mark came and resolved a problem with my boiler within 2 days of my email query.He set a great example of good service - very friendly, professional and confident. He got on with the job, resolved our problem, also advised us of improvements to our boiler and fitted it without trying to upsell or anything like that.I really appreciated his prompt service and professionalism and I am extremely grateful to have hot baths again! :)

Mark serviced my boiler today. It was its first service since Mark installed it last year. I know I’m always suspicious when I see 5* rating, but to give less would be to under rate Mark. He is professional, tidy, punctual and very reasonable. He was accommodating fitting around schedule at the hospital which can be difficult at times to find trades people who have the flexibility. I will certainly be booking Mark to service my boiler again next year.

We have been using Mark to service and repair our boiler / central heating system for some years now and his customer service, attitude, efficiency, communications, work ethic and pricing are all excellent. He always contacts me regularly in August to book our annual service, turns up when he says he will and provides a professional and first rate service. He's also a gentleman. Don't go anywhere else folks.
