We have booked the Home Buyers survey with Wayne Thompson. He was recommended to us by the estate agents. He spent time talking the property though with me on the phone for 30 mins before visiting the property next week. Due to the age of the property (1930s) we were recommended by him to go for the advanced survey option. We have received detailed photos and explanation on steps to take on with our solicitors and sellers. The advice has been helpful as we are buying for the first time.
