Had dampness eating away at the ceiling of the rooms in the top floor of my house and the boys at pro shield suggested that the ventilation was not adequate for my home and suggest replacing the vents under the eaves which they did and has solved the issue, top lads highly recommend.

All reviews are fake. Glad i noticed before going ahead with the work. Guy came and gave a quote without even looking at the job. Knew right there he's a cowboy. Got rid of him within minutes.Dont get scammed people. Google reviews are fake and get paid to leave fake reviews.

Do not waste your time and money!Not only did they not fix the initial problem, they then never turned up to follow through on their promise to come back and fix it.Have a look at the reviews and you will see they are all fake……wouldn’t be surprised if it isn’t a real business and they do this to anyone silly enough to use themdefinitely Do not use this company

THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE CONFIRMED SCAMMERS. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. All the positive reviews are fake.Came to inspect our root after we noticed damp. Started ripping our roof off before we had given the go ahead for any repairs as we were still waiting for a quote in writing, we therefore had no choice but to go ahead so that we would have a roof for the night. We paid almost £2000. The work supposedly came with a 25 year guarantee. However, it immediately began leaking. When we rang, we were told someone was on their way to inspect. They never arrived. Now these guys don’t even answer the phone. When i googled the name of the person we paid, i found a newspaper article detailing his extensive criminal record including theft and drink driving offences.Unbelievably, i initially rang this company because they were indicated to come with the Google Guarantee, which apparently ensures they are legitimate and involves a criminal record check of all the company staff.Thanks for that google - what a lot of help that was.

SCAMS PENSIONERS out of hundreds of pounds. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Charged £650 to fit 5 protection trays worth £25 which didn’t fix the gutter problem

They squeezed us in for a repair last month and realised how desperate we were just to get our roof fixed. With the reassurance of a guarantee we went ahead with the repairs. Originally we were quoted around £700, mid repair they began adding products and by the time we were were paying we were told the verbal quote excluded VAT and now amounted to £1440. Which we wouldn't mind if the work had actually changed anything. A month later and the same issues occurs. We contacted Mike to arrange another repair using our 'guarantee' and they never attended the property, despite multiple phone calls and them assuring us they would. Now we've just given up and will have to use another company without the protection of our home insurance.

Avoid if possible scammed me, did a terrible job and left unfinished and incomplete, tried ti contact never heard and block my phone number paid £600 and job is done properly
