Massive thank you to Richard Whitaker for his help and advice when our washing machine died recently. He was superb, helping us choose a machine which was right for us. He quickly organised deliver, set up and disposal of our old machine. The two men who delivered our machine were again brilliant. Taking time to assess where the machine was going, in our case in our cellar! They were courteous, respectful and ensured the washer was put exactly where we wanted it. They then took time once it had been set up to give us a demo of the functions. The old washing machine was then taken away for recycling.A great experience from start to finish and I’d wholly recommend them, quick efficient and not a drop of stress.Thank you!

We bought a range cooker and hood and had the items delivered to stirlingshire in Scotland. The staff who delivered the items were excellent and very careful moving the 140kg range cooker through the house. They were very knowledgable about the products, gave good advice and had time for us, Even after having driven for 4 hours or so to get to us. The after sales support was excellent too.Special thanks to Richard and they team for their support. Highly recommended

What amazing customer service from initial enquiry through to delivery. Clear communications at all stages. A much better customer experience than larger or national companies could ever provide and at great value - same price as the larger companies without some of the additional costs for delivery, recycling etc. WIll always use them in future and definitely recommend.

We have just had our new dishwasher installed by two engineers from Whittaker’sThey did an excellent quick installation and were extremely knowledgeable.They gave myself and my wife instructions on the dishwasher and also on a washer dryer we had purchased previously.I can’t praise them highly enough

Whitakers have been brilliant. We bought multiple appliances from them for our kitchen rebuild. Right from the start, their knowledgeable, friendly staff gave us great advice and kept us fully updated on delivery dates. Everything came on time apart from one oven which was a supply issue and even in that case, they were brilliant and installed a brand new alternative oven to keep us fully operational till ours arrived.Their range of appliances and their customer service is second to none. All their staff are great, including their friendly, knowledgeable delivery guys.Thank you. Will be going nowhere else in the future and can happily recommend them to all my friends.

Wanting a new fridge and tumble dryer and fed up with online retailers providing poor customer service I turned to Whitaker's, an excellent decision as it happens.I went to their store and was given a list of choices, with reviews, which met my requirements to mull over.Being ready to choose, I went to the store again and looked in their showroom at the fridges I had chosen to confirm my choice.Within a week my new integrated fridge was fitted, and I was given care advice and a demonstration on how to use the tumble dryer.The guys who came to my house were fantastic and did everything to my satisfaction, not leaving till they were happy as well, true professionalism.Many thanks everyone.

We had a problem with a cooker hood we'd previously purchased, and the level of customer service displayed by Whitakers in resolving the issue was nothing short of sensational. The measure of a business is not just in the sale, but in how they fix something that's gone wrong. Richard Whitaker and the team could not have been more helpful, going above and beyond what some may have considered neccesary. They are a real family business that obviously care about their reputation. I would not hesitate to recommend.
