Shannon has become our go to chimney specialist! We are having our wood burner replaced with a cleaner more efficient model and needed the flue preparing. She used a powder cleaner that once applied, hardens the creosote and she then returned and gave our 300 year old chimney a proper clean. Excellent work and a more polite and friendly young lady you could not wish to meet… highly recommended

Shannon arrived promptly (she also messaged in the morning to communicate timings with me) and very calmly made friends with my dog before even getting her kit out of the car. She then did a super clean of my chimney and gave me lots of information that was really helpful. She even took the temperature of my logs to see which ones were ready to burn. Her professional and friendly approach made me feel relaxed and i felt comfortable to carry on my day with her there working. I had a great fire that evening and there was no mess left at all. I strongly recommend The Lady Sweep.

Shannon did an excellent job - she arrived promptly, cleaned out a good few years of debris from the chimney, was extremely tidy and even gave us the debris to go on the allotment! She is very friendly, gave great advice about what other actions were needed and her prices were not expensive. I would highly recommend her.

Brilliant- arrived a little earlier than expected, very efficient, very knowledgeable all done before I got back from my dog walk! Considering we hadn’t had ours swept for 5 years it was no trouble- only evidence of her visit was a clean and clear flue and a neat bag of soot for the roses! Will be booking for next year.
