Disappointing “computer says no” company policy on returns during Covid. Perfectly good resale able tiles going in bin. What a waste! Annoyed that I spent nearly £1k in this store. Will be taking my future business elsewhere.

Service within the store was very good. All members of staff wore masks which helped me feel a lot more comfortable when shopping. They were also very helpful and patient with helping me making a decision. Great store to shop at.

Genuinely nice people working here, helpful friendly and give good advice. Previous reviewer must have been having an off day as I found the manager Steven to be a great guy along with Faisle who was also great
