Amazing first aid training by Jonathan Marc P Pastor, really passionate and informative.In my 30 years in leisure/hospitality/events/facilities, I’ve never found someone so engaging when teaching first-aid. Would recommend Marc 100% to all my professional colleagues.

Our instructor was Marc, he was absolutely brilliant, very funny and incredibly informative. This was a great first aid course and I feel a lot more confident in my ability to tackle any first aid situations.Would definitely recommend this instructor, he was truly great.

Marc Pastor is an incredible instructor. I've by first aid before and was expected a boring but necessary learning experience. Instead Marc was vibrant and engaging in every aspect, got to learn everything about first aid and get to know my colleagues at the same time. Highly highly recommend!

Safe & Sound First Aid Training
Mark, the trainer was very proactive, very knowledgeable and entertaining. Made the day go fast and kept everyone awake. The practical exercises such as CPR, EPI pen administration and how to set and use a defib were very useful and helped refresh our memory.

Marc Pastor was an amazing first aid tutor. He made the learning really fun and enjoyable. I was expecting a dry two days of learning but we all really enjoyed Marcs unique blend of humour, compassion and empathy. I didn’t want it to end! Pure excellence!

Safe & Sound First Aid Training
this training was very informative and was probably the most comfortable i have been during one of these sessions. the format consisted of everyone completing the actions together so no one was embarrassed about performing it in fromt of everyone, which made me enjoy the process more. our instructor was very friendly and patient with all of us and she was able to push all of us to make sure we definitely performed the actions correctly. this training also involved a lot of open discussions which was also good to have in order to fully complete certain tasks. most of these discussions involved history of certain actions or procedures which was very interesting. overall, a great experience and i would do it again.
