Really impressed. A chap came to our door canvassing for business. Friendly guy, he explained about the price structure, got us booked in.They came today, and our windows and pvc look amazing!Great job, cheers guys - see you in 8 weeks time!

Olly and the team are second to none. Great service and really thoughtful. From making sure they close gates to keep your dogs in (owner olly loves a dog), to how they text to let you know when they’ll be coming, and then debit your account so you don’t have to worry about having cash (though that’s still an option if you prefer).Always friendly, always putting you first and always proper clean windows. Just a boring window cleaning company that makes life that little bit easier.

Cleaning was not the standard advertised, however , the company were very apologetic and said they would comeback to re wash the windows .

We made an enquiry about window cleaning services and had an almost immediate response, and after answering a few questions we were added to the local rounds, then receiving a notification via text the day before as a reminder, and a text afterwards with instructions to pay for the service provided. Easy is an understatement.Olly our window cleaner is polite, courteous and always well presented, and extremely efficient, providing us with advice and information after our initial clean. The quality of his work is outstanding and it is all done with extendable poles, not a ladder in sight.I would highly recommend Boring Cleaning Services.

I had this company come and clean my windows - and initially when quoted (whilst on a tour of our neighbourhood to attract clients) I accepted the £22 price. The price was more than I expected as my family who have a much larger home and more windows got a quote for £15 with a different company.They said they would come and clean bi-monthly which I probably don’t need but agreed to give it a go - and expected to have a good quality clean.Both men who visited my home were very polite and friendly - and clearly explained everything I needed to know. They brought all their own tools and cleaning supplies - including hot water which I was impressed by. Sadly, after being informed it would take 15-20 minutes when originally quoted - I believe the windows were done in less than 10, so was sceptical to the quality.I anticipated them to use a t-bar and micro fibre cloth, along side a ladder and squeegee to give the windows a proper clean with some elbow grease but no - they had hot water pumping out of a brush which was not that effective. My windows have been left with streak marks on them and I will have to clean them again. Also, they said they would clean the windowsills but with the brush on a pole - it seemed very ineffective.Overall, I was expecting a better result for the price I’ve paid. I will be going elsewhere next time.

It appears some people are happy with this company, I'm not sure why. I have been trying to arrange a gutter clean and conveniently a leaflet was delivered at the right time. I filled in the on-line request for a quote. (Contact #1)The same day, a van from this company was outside our neighbours - I spoke to the driver and said I had asked for a quote online. He gave a rough quote which was suitable, took a photo of our gutter and said he would match it up at the office and we should hear a confirmed quote that day. (Contact #2)Having heard nothing for a week or so, I phoned the mobile number, which went to answerphone and left a message with my contact details.(#3)After nothing had been heard for another couple of weeks, I phoned the alternative 0800 number and spoke to someone. They apologised for lack of contact and said there had been some IT issues. A full clean was booked for today and I was told I would be contacted the day before to confirm the time. (#4)Today came, no contact so another phone call. I was then informed that I was on the system, but not for today! There being no way I was going to rearrange another day in the vain hope this company may possible consider being a bit professional, I cancelled the request.

They gained my custom, started well, then did a very poor job thereafter. Wasn't impressed with the attitude of the cleaner who did the poor job either.The manager did come back on clean my windows properly after this experience, then we agreed to part ways.However, they knocked on my door at a later date, trying to sell their services once again. This was a bad move as far as I'm concerned they should have been aware of what had previously happened.

Always a fabulous service from Boring. I get a notification they are coming the day before and they always turn up.I work from home and have to attend many online meetings. Boring do not disturb me at all and I just get another notification that payment is due once they have been. No need to worry about having cash as all done via bank transfer.Really happy with the quality of their work too.Highly recommend.
