Owner and sole worker Mark Smith is an experience viticultist and winermaker he produces artisan natural wines and makes wines for other small local vineyards.

Very disappointing for around £30 in a London store.It looks and tastes more like a cider than a wine and has the acidity of Lemon juice.It doesn’t deliver the subtlety and complexity of flavours that are normally found in a good wine.We couldn’t drink it and even in cooking, it was overpowering.

For £20plus this sparkling wine is not to our taste it is very cloudy and acidic more like a poor cider, very disappointed as love to champion local producers.

Really excellent and unique wine. Had the pleasure of visiting the vineyard and meeting the owner recently. He was a great guy - very generous with his time and obviously passionate about wine making.Highly recommend trying some bottles.
